When purchasing a car from this Audi dealership, we had the pleasure of working with Mike Q., Steve M., and Stacy G. They went far and beyond their role in providing us with the quality of care that went above any other dealership. Though we were not there to purchase a new Audi, or in fact, an Audi of any type, they were present, clear, and cut to the chase when it came to any questions that we had. Mike was extremely delightful to work with and was upfront and diligent with how he handled our purchase. He had answered any questions that we had about the car and the finances, and after a long 5-hour ordeal, testing all of our patience, he came down with an offer that was quite frankly a Hail Mary in what we had expected to pay. In the end, we felt extremely satisfied with the purchase, and we cannot thank Mike enough for leading and being there for us throughout this process. We also want to highlight Steve's comradery and going to bat with us in the finance department and with the banks. We also got to mention Stacy for giving us the know on this car. Overall, the experience was exceptional and refreshing in an industry where money remains such a vital point in many operations, which usually gives us a bad taste in our mouths. Chris White at Fletcher Jones Audi is an incredible sales professional. He is well versed, patient, and a joy to work with. As a woman, spending time at a dealership can be intimidating, but Chris worked to inform me about the various model.
